Hello and thank you for visiting!

My Journey: From Uncertainty to Passion

At the age of 20, I realised that my true calling was to help people. I didn’t know exactly how I would achieve this, but I knew it was my purpose. Despite earning a Master’s degree in Polish Philology, I felt that teaching wasn’t the right path for me. With a love for artistic pursuits and a passion for working with my hands, I sought a career that would allow me to express these talents.

As I gained various work experiences, I quickly discovered that a fast-paced environment wasn’t where I thrived. In the midst of this exploration, I decided to take my first massage course—a decision that felt like coming home. Something had always drawn me to the art of massage, and once I took that step, there was no looking back.

Every Client, a Unique Story

Every client I work with has a story, one that I can "read" not just through the words they speak but also through their body. I don’t believe in a dualism between body and mind. Just like in many other forms of therapeutic work, massage therapy involves working with both the body and the mind. How our body feels impacts our mental state, and conversely, our mental state can influence our body, affecting how we experience pain and tension.

Using touch as a tool helps to effectively downregulate the nervous system, resulting in a physically and mentally calmer, restored you.

Working with you on your well-being journey

Although pain is an essential factor for our survival as a species, living in pain is "no fun." Suffering from chronic pain can be overwhelming, draining the joy from life, while even the “daily” niggles can add to stress and create more tension. Experiencing pain while training can stop you from achieving desired outcomes. This is where my role comes forward: my goal is to support you in overcoming whatever is stopping you from feeling good.

I'm dedicated to helping you find more time for your well-being and feel better within yourself. My qualifications include extensive training in sports and remedial massage, deep tissue and Swedish massage, as well as pregnancy and postnatal massage. I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge based on the latest research to provide you with the best possible care.

When I'm not working, I love taking long walks in nature with my family, practicing yoga daily, running for the joy of it, reading, drawing, playing guitar, or having fun with "Just Dance" with my family.

I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve a healthier, more balanced life.
